Ross Johnson

Ross Johnson is a people and culture leader who helps organisations through their most complex changes. He was a key people leader in Australia's largest higher education merger — bringing two universities together as Adelaide University, a top-100 global institution — and has shaped workforce and inclusion strategy across a public sector of more than 100,000 employees.

He pairs governance and employee-relations rigour with human-centred culture and inclusion work. In his experience, change that lasts needs both: structure that stands up to scrutiny, and people who can see themselves in what comes next.

Ross is relocating to the Netherlands in October 2026 and is eligible to work in the EU. He's looking forward to bringing that experience to European organisations navigating growth, restructure and the future of work.
